Family members are welcome to join in the BBQ lunch.
Loam Island is located at 1077 Riverway Drive, Rasmussen.
Numbers capped at 10 people for each of the 1 hour sessions.

Free Yoga at the Tobruk Foreshore (The Strand)
Led by a qualified instructor | Open to all ages | Limit of 30 people.
Bring your own towel or mat and stay for a free BBQ after yoga.
NOTE THIS IS NOW FULLY BOOKED - Run by Simply Italian (https://simplyitalian.com.au/cooking-classes/) this hands on cooking class was a hit during last year's Veterans Health Week activities.
Please ensure you bring your own water to this event.

Teams of 4 Defence Units, Ex-Service Organisations or Businesses, Police, Fire, Ambulance etc.

NOTE - THIS IS NOW FULLY BOOKED. You are welcome to add your name to the waiting list for this activity.
Must be 7 years or older with physical dexterity and be water confident to participate.
(Motor) Bike Ride & Track Ride. Drive the track at Road Speed (110km/hour). Safety instruction will be given at the track. Toilets on site.
Conclude at approximately 1pm. Bikes must be road registered and ridden by licensed riders. Fuel available to purchase at the track.
